We’re seeking a **Senior EDI Analyst** to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at St. Luke's Health System and make a lasting impact on our healthcare supply chain. As a Senior EDI Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing electronic data interchange across our Consolidated Service Center (CSC). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth integration, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline workflows and enhance our service delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving our operational efficiencies and supporting the success of critical supply chain initiatives.

**What You Can Expect**
+ **EDI Integration & Optimization:** Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of EDI processes utilizing **GHX** .
+ **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Partner closely with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of EDI solutions that support the organization's strategic objectives.
+ **Troubleshooting & Support:** Provide expert-level troubleshooting for EDI transactions, resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring that all data exchanges are accurate and efficient.
+ **Process Improvement:** Analyze existing EDI processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
+ **Compliance & Security:** Ensure that all EDI transactions comply with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, 340B program requirements, and other industry standards.
+ **Training & Mentorship:** Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and training on EDI processes, tools, and best practices.
+ **Reporting & Documentation:** Create detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation related to EDI activities, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
+ **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with external EDI vendors, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and system updates.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree.
+ Five (5) years' relevant experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proficiency with GHX.
+ Knowledge of or experience with Infor, Tecsys, and/or 340B programs.
+ Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage complex data issues and provide solutions under tight deadlines.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple EDI projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
