The Education Services team provides courses and certification programs to help customers proficiently develop applications and work with NI hardware. NI offers training courses in several formats, including self-paced, instructor-led, and in-person.
Education Services Technicians partner with customers and instructors to ensure their training experience is successful. Education Services Technicians respond to technical needs to help maintain and accelerate our customers' development, building customer loyalty and gaining a reputation as trusted training partner.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build and distribute PC Training images. Lead AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure and cloud images. Support engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, or specialized test equipment. Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions. Assist in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Escalate technical issues while maintaining ownership. Route out-of-scope technical issues to the appropriate support group. Provide guidance for course development regarding hardware and deliverable needs. Provide guidance on budgeting and hardware procurement. Lead process development and improvement projectsWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Associate Degree in engineering or science related field, such as Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer engineering, and IT. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related Cloud infrastructure Familiar with Microsoft office tools Ability to fix advanced electronic systems. Intermediate or advanced English level, oral and written. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Experience using electronic tools and soldering equipment. Available to travel 10-25% (Inside and Outside of country)Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related technical or IT role Technical – Familiar with electronic circuit design concepts and basic electronic instrumentation. Proficiency in programming languages. (LabVIEW experience is preferred) Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Problem Solver – Integrates information from disparate sources to identify underlying causes and find creative solutions.
