To commence January 2025, we are looking for an excellent practitioner to Lead our pastoral care and behaviour management, closely working with the Inclusion Lead.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience of working with challenging children with complex SEMH needs.Is confident at dealing with safeguarding cases, attending meetings as required, acting as a DSL.Able to co-ordinate specific behaviour strategies for individual pupils and write Individual Education Plans and Pastoral Support Plans when needed.Work in co-operation with outside agencies that may offer help and support to pupils with welfare or academic concerns and to record any direct involvement with these agencies.Is trained in Team Teach or willing to be trained.Is willing to undertake any training required including first aid.Can interpret and analyse data
