Your Key Responsibilities

•             Leading for planning and establishing, implementing and maintaining a variety of environmental, health and safety programs to ensure the highest level of health and safety for all employees

•             Implementing and monitoring environmental, health and safety regulations and providing technical support to area manager to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and lead audits.

•             Leading and implementation of ESH program by communicating requirements, supporting management walkthroughs, disseminating guidance documents and assisting staffs.

•             Conducting and supporting all EHS competences and knowledge are provided adequately and properly and communicating on electronic and written media for the EHS area

•             Lead to developing and implementing and managing of the EHS management system of the Schaeffler Group to obtain certifications i.e. EMAS and others

•             Consulting service, examination and development of measures regarding permanent improvement of the achievement in the EHS area.

•             Support to ensuring that all work areas and facilities are organized and standardized and aligned with security systems.

•             Lead health crisis management Business Continency Plan.

•             Lead and management Thailand sustainability and support CSR activities

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor degree on occupational health and safety or related with professional licence

- Min. 5 years relevant, professional experience, with focus on environmental, health and safety

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command in English (speaking, writting)
