Senior Electrical Controls Engineer
Job Posting: Sr. Electrical Engineer

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license and possess over 10 years of experience in the development, design, and delivery of capital projects within manufacturing facilities. Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide sales support for proposal development.Lead project engineering engagements from concept design through construction and startup.Manage and track project budgets with P&L responsibility.Oversee project conception, design, and specification.Manage scheduling, estimating, and procuring of labor, equipment, and materials.Responsible for panel layout and design, basic power supply design, PLC programming, SCADA/HMI programming, customer interaction, startup, and training.Manage and mentor assigned staff.

Qualifications:

Active PE License in at least one US state.10+ years of experience in controls and automation.Extensive experience in power and controls design for utility system upgrades and expansions.Proficiency in industrial utility systems (e.g., Chilled Water & Heat Pump Systems, Pumping Systems, Compressed Air, HVAC).Experience with industrial electrification projects.Control System Certifications and other related certifications are a plus.Project management experience is required.Experience with programming Allen Bradley systems is a plus.

Performance Expectations:

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering projects.Effective budget management and P&L responsibility.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00
