In the role of Senior Electrical Engineer we'll count on you to:Coordinate the work of Electrical Engineers with the balance of a multidiscipline team throughout the entire project's developmentEstablish client relations, and participate in the marketing, design and production meetings with regard to electrical systemsAssume the electrical lead on many projectsParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for code complianceConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager, Project Architect and other disciplinesCoordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on scheduleTrack the financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed-upon scheduleWork with the Project Manager and Regional Controller for project reviews with corporate management as neededDirect the activities of other electrical engineering professionals, and act as a mentor to other staff members as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis10 years experience in electrical design with expertise in water and wastewater projectsPrevious experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm desiredRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasisA minimum of 10 years experience  in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems);Professional Engineer (PE) licenseExtensive knowledge of building electrical power, lighting and signal design, including life safety systems and building management systemsStrong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and electrical design softwareAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Pay transparency Ohio: $111,650 - $159,500.
