REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * A Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master"s preferred). * Proficiency in lab equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, DMMs) to troubleshoot and validate designs. * Experience designing to meet industry standards like DO-160 and MIL-STD-704. * Strong understanding of simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE) to validate and optimize designs. * A solid foundation in C/C++ programming for embedded systems (a plus but not required). * A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and growing into a leadership role. * Hands-on experience in circuit design with a focus on power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC converters, battery chargers). * Expertise in analog and digital design, with strong preferred skills in PWM control, Power MOSFETs, and IGBT technologies. * A proven ability to own designs - from initial schematics to final product testing. * Familiarity with EMI/EMC principles and mitigation strategies.
