We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Electrical Engineer** to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for performing Electrical Engineering work to meet the Royal Commission's requirements and standards, providing technical advice, and coordinating with other disciplines and departments. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Perform Electrical Engineering work to meet the Royal Commission's requirements and standards. + Review A/E contractor design drawings, specifications, and calculation submittals; coordinate the same with the work of other disciplines. + Review the Invitation for Bid (IFB) design package, identify errors, and provide comments if any. + Review 10% / 30% / 60% design package submittals, identify errors, and provide comments if any. + Coordinate related Engineering activities with those of other disciplines for the Private Investors for Industrial & Commercial projects and other Royal Commission Departments as necessary. + Provide technical advice to other sections within the Royal Commission. + Review submittals, substitutions, and Requests for Information (RFI) during construction if required. + Review technical specifications, conceptual schemes, and scope of work descriptions. + Review Request for Proposal (RFP) documents with design concepts. + Review vendor and shop drawings, and construction materials. + Perform field inspections and provide professional field support and construction troubleshooting as necessary during construction phases. + Update RC Guide Specifications, Standard Drawings, Design Checklists, and Design Guidelines as required. + Coordinate with the power utility company, Marafiq. + Prepare quality and presentation-conscious technical correspondence, reports, and studies. + Lead site inspections, review Test Plans and related documents, User Acceptance, participate in Site Acceptance, identify errors, and provide comments if any. + Attend relevant meetings. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. + Minimum of 15 years of electrical engineering experience. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Strong technical writing and communication skills, proven through technical presentations, technical papers, and/or participation in technical committees. + Established career as an Electrical Engineer with strong and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken. + Ability to obtain a KSA Driving License. + Strong electrical design and construction experience desirable. + Strong electrical O&M experience.
