Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our clients team, focusing on driving yield improvement activities as part of new product development.
The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, with experience analyzing electrical test data for ASICs/semiconductors, interpreting the results, coordinating/conducting experiments to identify root cause and implement the necessary changes to resolve the issue. Highly desired for this individual to have experience with semiconductor fabrication processes and failure analysis techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and Track Test Investigations: Oversee and document test investigations.
Review and Summarize Electrical Test Data: Analyze and compile electrical test data.
Support Ad-Hoc Lab Investigations: Assist with spontaneous lab investigations as needed.
Lead Failure Analysis Activities: Direct and manage failure analysis efforts.
This position involves collaborating with a team of engineers to develop implantable hardware based on the electrical data analysis conducted. The candidate will evaluate and present test data to the engineering team and ensure project completion through action plans and follow-ups. The pay ranges between $60.00 - 70.00 / hour depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Product development experience
Yield improvement experience
Data analysis experience in platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Microsoft Excel
Proven track record of leading and closing projects involving cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software, excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work with and guide a team of engineers are crucial for success in this role. Experience driving yield improvements in semiconductors (SRAMs, Analog Blocks, etc.)
Electrical testing background
Failure analysis experience
Medical device or regulated field experience
Electrical design background null
