Responsibilities Senior Electrical Engineer Project Manager – Lead, Innovate, and Drive Success!We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer Project Manager who thrives on leading teams, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality electrical design solutions. In this role, you will take charge of project and client management, while leveraging your expertise to win new business and contribute to the firm’s expansion. You'll work with both private and public sector clients, managing projects from concept through execution while mentoring a team of engineers.

Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design and project management within a consulting engineering environment.Proficiency with design and analysis software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, Easypower, and other industry-standard tools.Deep understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC), State Energy Code, NFPA guidelines, and FGI guidelines to ensure code compliance and safety in all designs.Experience with electrical system studies, including short circuit analysis, over-current device coordination, and Arc Flash Hazard analysis (per NFPA 70E).Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.Confident communicator, able to clearly convey technical information to clients and stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions.A team player with a positive attitude, client-service mentality, and dedication to fostering collaboration and innovation.Exceptional skills in gathering, interpreting, and conveying complex technical information to clients and team members.At Kimley-Horn, we are committed to fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and ownership.
