Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Email Analyst in San Francisco, CA. Overview: This team is execution of personalized email marketing campaigns, as well as SMS and push notifications, across all company brands. The team is made up of 6 dedicated Email Analysts, systematic thinkers who handle a high-volume production of emails (15,000 campaigns per year). As an Email Analyst, you will drive best practices, customer segmentation, testing implementation, campaign set up, and analysis of company email (70%), SMS (20%), and push programs (10%). You will work closely with brand partners and the marketing team on campaign execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (HTML files are delivered to this person who drops that into existing framework in Salesforce).
