Role Overview Design and implement hardware and software for embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment without supervision Architects entire hardware systems for complex products. Designs scalable and modular platforms. Integrates cutting-edge technologies (e.g., latest RISC-V cores, advanced wireless modules) Innovates in low-power and energy-efficient designs                                                                         Establishes best practices and processes for the organization Interface with firmware design and development Integrate and validate new product designs Provide post-production support Applying state-of-the-art embedded systems design to solve business problems Performing research and developing proof-of-concept prototypes
Requirements
  Ability to think in an analytic and structured way S/MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering Proven working 5+ years experience in hardware and software engineering Comfortable with defining and/or working with detailed hardware requirements Competent at schematic entry and architecture definition Good experience and proficiency in Schematic & PCB design using Altium Designer Proven experience of taking electronic products into production Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets Knowledge Python for test script extension and development Understanding of Git workflow Ability to mentor/support junior and intern teammates Strong English language communication and technical skills Strong technical documentation writing skills Good presentational and visualization skills. Ability to describe and present results clearly, answer questions and communicate issues
Desirable (hard skills)
  Altium designer related : Experience with RF and High-Speed Design ; Experience in mixed boards design (rigid-flex); Experience with HW manufacturing files and specs preparation; Ability to build and maintain virtual machines. Proficiency in other languages relevant to IoT (Lua, Matlab, JavaScript) might be a plus Experience working closely with client representatives to achieve business outcomes General working knowledge of agile methodologies
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded hardware engineering.
