We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a knack for data visualization, and exceptional presentation abilities. This role is critical in providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. 

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Report Generation: Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.Data Visualization: Create visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Presentation: Effectively present complex data and insights to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, in a clear and concise manner.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance data quality.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management and governance.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a diverse audience.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Tableau Certification) are a plus.Industry Experience: Experience in IT and BPO industry is desirable but not required.Project Management: Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies, Six Sigma is a plus.
