We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies and programs that align with organizational goals, labor legislation and best practices.

Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Build sustainable and productive relations with external and internal partners that provide services supporting employee & labor relations framework.

Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support for employees during transitions.

Partner with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development) to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations and organizational culture.

Serve as a key advisor to management on employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace policies.

Job Qualifications

Any higher education degree.

Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in human resources.

Strong understanding of Russian labor legislation, employee relations practices, and HR best practices.

Good command of English (Upper Intermediate or higher level)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple multifunctional projects, influence peers.

Vendor management skills: build partnership, ensure clarity and delivery of SLAs & KPIs, lead change management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex employee relations issues.

Familiarity with employee engagement and communication approaches.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multifunctional team.

Monthly salary starting from 300 000 RUB gross
