Senior (Employer) brand lead

ASML’s Communications department is evolving into a highly strategic function, and this requires a step-up in our capabilities. For this reason, we have recently embarked on a transformation journey, establishing the Global Brand and Digital function for brand strategy and management, brand creation and brand activation.  

  

Role and responsibilities  

As Global Senior (Employer) Brand Lead, you will be a member of the Brand Team, reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy and Management. You will be a key advisor to the Head of Brand Strategy and will be co-responsible for the development and delivery of the ASML global (employer) brand strategy. You will contribute to the global brand strategy roadmap and execution to drive global brand and business growth, reputation, and loyalty. You will work in collaboration with the global brand team, the Communications teams and the regional Employer Brand Managers across Europe, the US, Korea, China, and Taiwan and the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. You will develop and bring to life global programs and campaigns strategies, creating global guidance, enabling, and ensuring their implementation across all our key regions.  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

Co-develop and implement the global brand strategy to enhance ASML's reputation as an employer of choice, aligned with our objectives and values.  

Support the Head of Brand Strategy with setting priorities of ASML employer brand investments, generating support for them by showing tangible business benefits.  

Contribute to the brand strategy roadmap and agenda, including definition, creation and execution of effective strategic programs and campaigns.  

Coordinate global quarterly insights, reporting and analysis to ensure data-driven strategies, measure the effectiveness of (employer) branding initiatives and drive improvements.  ​

Support and deploy global branding priorities, including activation of the ASML People promise (a.k.a. employer value proposition) and strategic Talent Acquisition programs strategies.  

Collaborate with the global brand functions as well as the regional employer branding teams to drive coherent and scalable global program strategies across regions and touchpoints.

(Digital) Brand marketing expertise, from positioning an employer brand to program and campaign management.

Team player who enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, with the ability to work independently and reliably.  

Takes ownership, gets things done, proactive, can-do mentality.  

Requirements:  

Education: Master’s degree in business, Communications, or Marketing, or relevant equivalent experience.  

Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in (employer) brand strategy within a global multinational context.  

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.  

Proficiency in data and analytics, with a strong ability to derive insights.
