Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization are the mega trends of our time. Our scope include consulting, planning & design, turn-key implementation, operation and service works. We are searching for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic energy sales engineer who will identify, develop and finalize new- sales opportunities.
 
Responsibilities:

Connect and build relationship with existing and new customers to identify sales leadsCoordinate with energy engineers to reveal energy performance potentials and meet customer needsDevelop comprehensive proposal that includes technical solutions, BoQ, costing, financial solutions, overall cost savings and payback/ROI calculationsDeliver presentations representing at customer meetings, seminars and the other organizationsWork with operations, finance, procurement, legal, and other inside and outside resources to obtain customer commitmentConduct and finalize contract negotiation in coordination with the contract managerMake required preparation for efficient project handover to Project Management TeamKeep abreast of market and business trends as well as local legislation in energy efficiencyCoordinate with other business units of Siemens working on energy efficiency and to contribute to common strategies

Requirement:
 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or other field relevant to our business3+ years of consultative selling experience; energy performance contracting, renewable energy, building automation, energy storage project experience preferredTechnical knowledge of energy baseline, measurement & verification, energy management system, energy storage, solar energy systems, HVAC systems, pumps, compressed air units, industrial heat recovery, boilers and building management systems preferredBasic knowledge of ESG management and commercial fundamentalsStrong teammate with good interpersonal skills and customer focusedExcellent communication skills at different levels up to the management levelFluent English both written and spoken and Cantonese
