Senior Engagement Manager

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall account strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. Sr. Engagement Managers are responsible for ensuring a trusted and long-term partnership with our clients.  You are responsible for project managing all client deliverables, account growth, setting the overall strategic direction and vision, and developing solutions that inspire the team and client. You should have a strong digital background, and a consultative approach for problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesPrimary client contact, providing short- and long-term strategic counsel, as well as overall fiscal responsibility for the account Effectively manage full project lifecycles, creates and maintain detailed project plans and reports, according to Sagepath’s SDLC process, that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocations  Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews in order to elicit and document business, non-functional, functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIs Work with technical architect and developers to set up and populate JIRA/ADO board and sprint plans Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system, author content, and perform UAT  Minimum RequirementsExperience leading a wide array of digital B2B and B2C implementations, including: eCommerce, Web Content Management System, Mobile Applications, and Digital MarketingProven experience in successfully delivering CMS projects or working extensively within a content management system (CMS) environment. (Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM or similar) Relevant business, IT or marketing undergraduate degree required (advanced degree preferred)5 years’ experience in a data-driven, technology-enabled consultancy or digital transformation agency3 years recent experience in growing and managing complex client relationships in a consulting or agency environmentExperience launching 5 or more IT platforms/software working in a cross-functional internal environment and managing teams within a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working in an enterprise settingExperience as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager or Digital StrategistExperience managing $1m+ projects/accounts About Reply
