What will you do?

The purpose of the Senior Engineer role is to undertake design and detailing of bridge and civil structures. He will be leading a project and work with the design and modelling team form the onshore and offshore team in delivering projects.

Design and analyze various types of bridge structures, including steel and concrete bridgesEnsure that project plans and specifications are compliant with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standardsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on bridge design and construction projectsProvide constructive feedback to junior engineers to improve their designs and calculationsParticipate in peer reviews to ensure that designs meet company standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with other teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant technical qualification and chartered status would be preferable.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)Minimum 10 years relevant bridge engineering experience and designProficient in Engineering Analysis software (MIDAS, Spacegass, STAAD or similar)Proficient in Design Engineering Software (Autodesk Structural Bridge Design or similar)Strong structural bridge design experienceStrong project leadership experience
