Sr Engineer, Information Security -Cloud Security Location: BengaluruPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer with 8 years of experience to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in cloud security, particularly inAWS and Azure environments, along with strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC)using Terraform. The Cloud Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the securityand compliance of our cloud infrastructure, designing, and implementing security solutions,and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure cloud environment.Key Responsibilities: Identify security threats/vulnerabilities/weaknesses by performing activities like cloudarchitecture reviews, threat modelling, security testing, cloud security audit etc. Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures to protectthe organization's cloud-based assets. Design, deploy, and manage security controls and solutions in AWS and Azure, suchas IAM, WAF, Firewall Rules, Security Groups, Encryption, and Key Management. Monitor cloud infrastructure for security incidents, anomalies, and complianceviolations, and respond to and investigate security alerts. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate security best practicesinto CI/CD pipelines and automate security controls using Terraform and other IACtools. Conduct security assessments and reviews of cloud architecture, designs, andimplementations to ensure adherence to security standards and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest cloud security trends, vulnerabilities, and threats, andrecommend proactive measures to enhance security posture.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 8 years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on AWS and Azure platforms. Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, including network security,identity and access management, encryption, and data protection. In-depth knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud Platform with strong understanding ofsecurity principles, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) asapplied to cloud environments. Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies in cloud environments,such as AWS Security Hub, Guard Duty, Azure Defender for Cloud, CloudTrail, CloudWatch and Azure Monitor. Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies, such as cloudsecurity posture management (CSPM), cloud access security brokers (CASB), andcloud workload protection platforms (CWPP) Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash Shell, orsimilar languages. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation,Azure ARM for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
 Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Speciality, Azure SecurityEngineer Associate, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or equivalent area plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolvingsecurity issues.If required for this role, you will:- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
