Primary Responsibilities + Lead efforts to develop and improve manufacturing processes for implantable MEMSsensors + Identify and implement new equipment and methodologiesfor MEMS manufacturing + Lead cross-functional investigative teams through failure mode analysis to identify root cause of manufacturing issues and implement solutions + Define and oversee formal Verification & Validation studies, including process characterization DOEs, Installation Qualification, and Process Validation (OQ/PQ) + Author technical report and effectively present technical information to a variety of management levels.
