Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sustaining and optimize HGA manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and qualityTo monitor product quality (HGA parameters, Yield, OQA performance) to ensure all parameters are in control without escapement to customerAnalyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvementCo-ordinate with cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and new technologiesCollaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of HGA processes with overall manufacturing operationsDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructionsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing people and techniciansQualificationsREQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in HGA or related manufacturingPREFERRED:
Good understanding in statistical analysis and data interpretation using tools such as Minitab, JMP or similar software. Ability to analyze related statistical data that related to machineGood understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processesDemonstrated track record of successful process improvement initiativesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSKILLS:
