We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report (R2R) and Finance Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires deep expertise in R2R processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting, along with advanced S/4HANA capabilities. Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or SAP Finance certifications are highly desirable.8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO roles, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA environments preferred.Proven experience in leading SAP S/4HANA finance implementations or migrations.Expertise in SAP S/4HANA finance and controlling modules, including Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Advanced Financial Closing.Strong knowledge of integration points with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems.Proficiency in data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW) and data validation processes.Hands-on experience with FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics for financial reporting.Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory compliance requirements.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.What is expected of you and others at this level
