Potential travel up to 10% **What you will bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + Desired Experience: Advanced degree in engineering + At least 5 years of experience in engineering + Experience in HVAC/R and refrigerant selection/application + Demonstrated technical leadership + Expertise in refrigeration systems and refrigerants + Knowledge of codes and standards for HVAC/R + Functional safety engineering + Power electronics, controls, and systems engineering are a bonus + Technical acumen in HVAC/R + Problem solving and learning agility + Ability to distill complex technical information and communicate + Verbal and written communication skills + Planning and project management skills + Ability to work with a sense of urgency **Compensation:** Base Pay Range: $ 77,000-$150,000 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
