Essential Responsibilities

Create and manage engineering documents (such as lift plans, work procedures, and risk assessments) for the offshore WTG installation, completion, and decommissioning scopeCreate and manage offshore management of change documentationPerform engineering calculations supporting marine operationsManage technical interfaces with client,  MWS, subcontractors, and installation spread contractorCreate technical specifications for procurement of rigging and installation aidesSupport offshore construction managers and installation team on the WTG installation vesselCollect and interpret data offshore supporting operationsSupport HSE in ensuring work is performed safelySupport WTG Installation Package Manager to manage installation scope and budget

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics from and accredited University or College. (OR HSED/GED with 10 years experience)Minimum of 5 years of experience in Job Family or Group

Familiar with heavy lifting and riggingFamiliar with industry wide engineering standards and practicesFamiliar with offshore construction operations including DNV-ST-N001 standard for Marine OperationsAble to work offshore rotations on installation vesselHave all offshore training and certificates for working offshore (GWO, HUET, OGUK medical)
The base pay range for this position is $114,100 - $190,200 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than January 18, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
