Senior Engineer
**What you’ll do:** Should be able to identify required changes in the firmware and complete UPS & board level test to address issues from the field, customization and new product development. 1. Design and develop hardware circuits for UPS systems, including power conversion, control, and protection circuits. 2. Develop and optimize embedded firmware for microcontrollers and DSPs used in UPS applications. 3. Perform schematic design, PCB layout review, and component selection. 4. Conduct system-level testing, debugging, and validation of hardware and firmware. 5. Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC standards, and regulatory requirements. 6. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and testing teams for integrated product development. 7. Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and support production teams during NPI (New Product Introduction). **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. 2. Min.4-6 years of experience in hardware and firmware development for power electronics or UPS systems. **Skills:** Strong knowledge of: 1. Analog & digital circuit design 2. Microcontrollers/DSP programming (C/C++, RTOS) 3. Communication protocols (UART, CAN, Modbus) 4. Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB). 5. Familiarity with compliance standards (IEC, UL). 6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 7. Strong analytical and communication skills. 8. Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers. 9. Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
