Customer Satisfaction/ProtectionCoordinator APQP / New Program & ECNEnsure that quality system meets requirements of EOS / IATF 16949Customer Audits and observation closure coordinatorHarness Safety CharacteristicShop floor supervision assembly & cuttingMaintain shop floor business recordsDaily review of FTQ analysisCustomer Concern analysisEnsure on time response to customer concerns / WIRDevelop team capability by layered audits and process audits and build positive cultureBasic knowledge about Quality Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA), 7QC tools, Control Plan, COPQ, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Product/Process Audit, Layered Audit, Calibration.Knowledge of structured problem solving and tools like Why-Why analysis, 8D analysis, FTACustomer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysisImplementation and sustenance of control plan on each and every processEducation and Qualification :
BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringMin 4 - 6 years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry & Quality#LI-TB1
