AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer. 

 

This role will focus on developing new concepts and technology for Agricultural Machinery including tractors, planters, and combines. The Project engineer will design and develop assistance systems such as Non-GNSS guidance systems, paving the way for robotics and unmanned agricultural machines.  Utilize machine learning and computer vision to enhance environmental perception and manage image annotation tasks.  Work with a variety of sensors, including cameras, radars, and lidars, to advance autonomy and robotics in agricultural machinery. 

 

Your Impact 

Vehicle Integration Leadership: Lead integration efforts, Structure, Casting design & Vehicle integration, ensuring subsystems harmonize for optimal tractor/Ag Machinery performance. Having International Exposure is an added advantage. 

System-Level Design Oversight: Guide system-level decisions to ensure functionality across all components. 

CAD Modeling and Review: Create and review vehicle assembly models for fit and integration accuracy. 

Design Review and Optimization: Conduct design reviews, optimizing integration and functionality. 

Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, fostering innovation and excellence and    Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement in Integration methodologies. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field (Master's preferred). 

Minimum 10 years of experience required. 

Proficiency in CAD software and relevant engineering tools. 

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 

In-depth knowledge of Structures, Casting design and vehicle integration principles.
