Key Responsibilities:The Senior Engineer – Identity Access Management is primarily responsible for advanced operational support of a large, complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. This person will act as a key collaborator in improving technology, service reliability, and audit and compliance processes, in addition to being a domain expert for peers both internal and external to the IAM team.
The technology focus for this role will be on the implementation and support of United Identity Governance and Administration platform. This position will work in collaboration with other IT team Architects, engineers, and collaborators to design, build, and deploy connectors across a variety of technologies both on-prem and in the cloud.
This individual will work both independently and multi-functionally to build and maintain identity management solutions that meet organizational needs. They should exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and possess superb communication, documentation, and relationship building skills.
Support the implementation and administration of IAM platforms through the development of connectors between IGA solution and target applicationsRespond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, support Digital Technology throughout any process involving changes in development, QA, and production environmentsRespond to Level 2 tickets including bugs, outages, and new feature requestEnsure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements. Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures documentationProvide reports as requested for audit and complianceEnsure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy to reduce risk to the organization.
