**Role Responsibilities:**
**Context/Scope:**
This role will be part of D&T– Supply & Procurement. This candidate will be responsible for delivering BAU support for procurement applications (Coupa, SAP Concur, Onetrust, Icertis) and help drive efficiency in our STP & Procurement operations aligned with the priorities of the business.
The purpose and main accountabilities of this role are:
+ Become the subject matter expert from a process and system perspective within STP & Procurement, Travel & Expenses.
+ Collaborate with Product Managers, Application Architects, Software Engineers, Program Managers, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
+ Work in DevOps environment to support on the enhancements and releases.
+ Implement Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development methodologies and responsible for handling the Product Backlog (work items list) and improving the value of the product.
+ Prepare functional/technical Spec documentation and lead localization/functional configuration, testing and cutover for each implementation.
+ Gain visibility and knowledge of new product enhancements and roadmap to drive sustainable solution design and value realization.
+ Deliver state of the art Functional specifications or configuration documents
The role is a non-market specific role with a truly global scope and user base.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
+ A bachelor’s level degree from a recognized university is preferred.
+ 8+ years of total experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in applications such as Coupa, SAP Concur, Onetrust TPRM (procurement, sourcing, e-invoicing, and Supplier information management, Travel & Expenses, Supplier risk management).
+ The candidate should have strong Coupa implementation experience and should be able to work independently on enhancements and configuring new features in the Coupa application.
+ The candidate should have strong BAU support experience handling the complex issues independently.
+ As the second-level support for procurement apps, the candidate should be familiar with ITIL concepts.
+ Good understanding of SAP ECC/SAP S4 and integration elements of Coupa/Concur-SAP integration.
+ Strong process knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts payable, e-invoicing, and vendor master.
+ Candidates with good experience/knowledge of Coupa APIs will be given preference.
+ Leverage best practices to design, implement, and support configuration /development for Source to pay, Travel & Expense business processes in Coupa and SAP Concur.
+ Candidates with experience in other procurement cloud applications (SaaS) in addition to Coupa like SAP Concur, Onetrust TPRM, Icertis CLM will be given preference.
+ Prior experience in DevOps Engineer, lead, or similar role within an Agile environment.
+ Candidates with prior CPG industry experience will be given preference.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proactive approach, team player, quick learner with tenacity and drive to succeed.
+ Strong planning, coordination, and engagement skills combined with the ability to manage priorities.
