About the role:

We are seeking a Devops & Automation expertise to help create and implement next generation Azure cloud-based platform.

The individual will be responsible for building automation in deployment and validation/testing the functionality of the platform.

This individual will have solid cloud technical experience and provide technical guidance with demonstrated enterprise DevOps,  CI/CD Tools, and functionality validation skills.

What you will Do:

Understand the requirements and implement appropriate solution.Collaborate with various teams, team members to have an appropriate solution/requirement.Develop/Enhance toolchains using various CI/CD technologies.Bring in latest technologies and develop PoCs for problem statements.Develop build & release pipelines. and continually improve CI/CD tools, processes, and procedures.Participate in product planning workshops, design, and implement automation for product build, deploy and testing.Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Cloud products, working closely with the product developers, building knowledge in support, troubleshooting tools, and methods.Create technical documentation and procedures for maintenance and upgrades of platform infrastructure.Manage work assignment, ensure delivery timelines are met, stability key performance indicators adhered toParticipate in workshops, reviews, and planning in product development and releases.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration skills.

What you Need:

Must have experience in being part of large global scale production-grade implementation and deployments.Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

Infrastructure Automation experience ARM Templates & Terraform, etc.Strong experience in Configuration Management Ansible etc.Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python & shell).Strong knowledge of Cloud solutions based on Azure CloudStrong knowledge of DevOps tool chain including code repositories, pipelines, Build & Deploy.Strong knowledge to develop, build , create and troubleshoot pipelines.Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.Hands-on experience for Azure services like Virtual Machines, MI, VNET, SNET, ACR, Networking etc.

Good to Know:

Knowledge of Windows Servers, .NET IIS, MS-SQL, IRIS Database, Certificate Management & Monitoring toolsKnowledge of CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, GIT, Octopus, TeamCity & Architectural DesignKnowledge of Cloud SecurityKnowledge of lift & shift migrations projects from on-prem to cloud.

Optional:

Strong knowledge in managing platforms.Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
