Your Team, Your Impact

As a Senior DFT Design Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. If you picture Marvell as a wheel, Central Engineering is the center hub providing IP and back-end design services to be used by all the other spokes on that wheel, including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking. This team hires some of the biggest problem solvers in Silicon and has a huge impact on the work done at Marvell.

What You Can Expect

Own block DFT design that requires from understanding DFT specification to setup design flow and work through block DFT release to Physical Design team and verify both pre-Layout and post-Layout netlists.Support top level DFT with integration and verification requirements Support studies to enhance and evaluate design, flow, tools Be responsible for supplying necessary information of block DFT data for design review

What We're Looking For

Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field. Degrees in mathematics, physics or other sciences may be considered provided adequate coursework in electronics was taken also or work experience has provided relevant knowledge since graduation.2 years+ experience in DFTHave solid knowledge on DFT and ASIC design flowHave solid experience about one specific DFT area (Scan/Compression, MBIST, BSCAN, ATPG) and can take fully a DFT block design and verificationGood skill on using, setup and debug design tools related to DFT engineering (Tessent, VCS/ModelSim/Xcellium)Intermediate English level for professional communication
