Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Engineer/Estimator to provide support and assistance for the compilation of tenders and proposals for our Maintenance and Industrial Services division. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert estimating advice to assist with compiling major tenders, proposals and expressions of interest on behalf of the divisionDeveloping execution methodologies and schedulesAnalysing qualitative and quantitative data for inclusion in tendersReview tenders and proposals for quality, risk, accuracy and completeness: responding quickly to correct problemsIdentify ambiguities, risks and key issues in tender documentation

What you’ll bring:

Detailed understanding of brownfield projects and operations including but not limited to overland piping, dewatering, potable water upgrades and other NPI projects experience within mining constructionWell-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsA methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own workA strong understanding of trades and disciplines involved in site/project operationsSkilled in leveraging site knowledge to support daily tasks, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvementAbility to develop construction schedules using Microsoft Project or PrimaveraA basic understanding of Contract Law to interpret tender documentationBasic experience engaging and managing subcontractors
