Uplink and downlink Systems, Space Segment, RF, Link Budgets, Modulation Schemes, Frequency Conversion, etc. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Hands on experience with IP networking, TCP/IP protocols, Routing and Switching + Familiarity with on-prem and cloud-based storage and compute infrastructure platforms + Experience with IP-based network technologies, virtual machines and database administration + Ability to support a 24 x 7 365 availability, to include occasional modifications to schedule for support of project needs + Hands on experience with automation, writing and running basic scripts using one or more of common scripting tools/languages including SQL/Perl/Python/Bash/and others + Familiar with modern data collection tools and practices such as Python, MySQL, ArcGIS, Linux, Kumora, Elk Stack, Meta data-Grafana, VMware, AWS, Networking, Security (info sec), Cloud, etc + Experience with Observability Platforms and their role in the organization, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, etc + Build, manage and support AWS, Cloud, and (On-Prem) data storage, data collection, data farming, Probable Cause Analysis (PCA) + Lifting – Ability to move or lift 50 lbs.
