Job Description:

Line sustaining, ensuring KRAs are met and process is running in accordance to documented specification, control, and standards.Maintain specifications up-to-date with recent changes.Implement continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the process has high quality, efficient, productive and cost effective.Perform product, process, and material evaluation and/or qualification to further expand the business or as directed by the Business Unit counterparts.Demonstrate sense of urgency towards production needs and by providing timely response, accommodating flexible working hours to satisfy schedule or task needs.Act as liaison between local site and the BUs located across the globe.Responsible for development sample builds, including lot disposition and alignment with process stepsWork with internal and external customers to meet product requirements.

Flexible to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

BS Engineering Degree Holder5-7 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industryGood communication and presentation skillsHigh knowledge of statistical tool application including 8D, FMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, and other Process Tools

Strong interest of material science fundamentals
