Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead IT infrastructure tasks, develop strategies, and mentor junior
engineers.
2. Design, implement, and maintain the organization`s IT infrastructure.
3. Manage infrastructure engineers, providing guidance and performance
reviews.
4. Ensure IT systems and networks are reliable, scalable, and secure.
5. Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
6. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for
infrastructure.
7. Oversee projects including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
8. Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.
9. Prepare and present infrastructure reports to senior leadership.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

7 - 12 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Expertise in networking protocols and technologies.
2. In-depth knowledge of operating systems and virtualization
technologies.
3. Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google
Cloud.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
5. Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
6. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Experience with advanced IT management tools.
9. Strategic thinking and planning skills.
10. Proficiency in using database systems management software,
enterprise resource planning software, and web platform development
software.
