Position Summary:
Overview:
MasterCare Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of all hot runner products of Mold Masters.
Work You’ll Do:
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hot runner systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on hot runner systems to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Field Service: Travel to customer sites to provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and installation services.
Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for customers on hot runner system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of injection molding processes and materials
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1
Willingness to travel

You will be a part of MasterCare Team in providing support & solutions to customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma /Post Diploma in Tool & Die making, Plastics Technology or equivalent, with at least 5–7-year Plastics industry experience and 3-4 years of Hot runner experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of AutoCad, 3D software would be added advantage.
