What will you do?

In this position, you will join our growing Hong Kong Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Buildings projects such as schools, data centres, casinos and a variety of Government projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Design of building services engineering (ACMV, Fire Service, Plumbing & Drainage)Preparation of technical feasibility study, design report, conceptual design drawing, life-cycle study, presentation materials, etcPreparation of statutory submissions documents and liaison with the government departments, authorities, utilities companiesPreparation of tender documents, drawings and technical specificationsProject management, attend meetings and site works supervision

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You should also possess:

Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent8 years working experience in design and project management in building construction projectsCandidates with less working experiences will be considered as Project Engineer or EngineerCEng or HKIE is preferredProficiency in both written and spoken English and ChineseFamiliar with using AutoCAD softwareFamiliar with design guidelines, standards, regulations, code of practice, statutory submission and approval procedure and process of respective government departments, authorities and utilities companiesTeam player with strong interpersonal and communication skillKnowledge in using BIM software is an advantage
