The Position

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for shop floor management and technical support team, ensure one manufacturing, one standard, compliance and efficiency. Provide technical support for manufacturing business, includes: manufacturing process control, business applications management (SAP etc.), industrial engineering, process equipment management, automation management and digitalization improvement etc…

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide one stop service within manufacturing team for business stakeholders, includes: manufacturing process control, business applications management (SAP etc.), industrial engineering, process equipment management, automation management and digitalization improvement etc… Support/lead new equipment introduction process when needed, participate the design and implementation of new equipment acc. to divisional and local standards,ensure master data set up and well documentation system was established, and leading the continuous improvement of all the relevant system.Lead M&R team and automation team, ensure all the process equipment and automation system are well maintained in world class and also lead equipment change management process, responsible for new CAPEX project management and equipment qualification and re-qualification.Responsible for industrial engineering introduction, establish the process/procedures and implementation, keep to improve manufacturing quality, safety, and efficiency, leading the KPI management within manufacturing.Leading business application team to build SAP support within manufacturing, includes master data creation, electric batch record set up and relevant trouble shooting support, and leading digital project as wellSet up team strategy and roadmap according to site goals, identify the SWOT of the team and take actions as neededLead the team to achievement team target and develop and coach subordinates for achieving the targetEstablish the communication channel, includes internal and external communication, information cascade down etc.Coach and develop people for the team, provide clear training and development plan for employeesProvide coaching and technical support within team, provide support for complex case resolvingOther ad hoc tasks

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor or above education background; preferred: Master degree or above education backgroundMechanical design, Manufacturing, Electronics, Automation etc.>10 years experiences in a highly regulated GMP or Automotive manufacturing environment.>10 years’ Experience as people leaderExperience with SAP and IT skillUse of lean tools (s.a. Kaizen, 5S, Standardized work, …).Reporting skillsAbility to convey concepts to different management levels and across functions within the organization/projectA “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when requiredAchieving ResultsTeamwork and CollaborationInspiring and Influencing
