What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of architecture discussions, providing valuable contributions and feedback, you will implement APIs and backend services. Your mission involves: 

Architectural Prowess: You’ll not only follow high-level directions but also actively shape and contribute to architectural decisions. Collaborating with a team of Business Analysts and fellow Developers, you’ll implement user stories for robust backend services and software. You have the ability to think ahead and make the right decisions to solve current and future challenges. High-Performance Backend Services: Your code will power fast, efficient API backend services. Think cutting-edge technologies. You will bring a practical approach to performant solutions. Your bar is very high when it comes to performance and well written code. Debugging Ninja: When faced with elusive bugs, you won’t back down. Root cause analysis is your playground, and maintaining software services is your duty. You follow the evidence and go deep to resolve issues. Oversee pull requests and conduct thorough code reviews. Mentor team members on best practices. Uphold high standards of code quality and excellence. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Advocate for initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, security, and performance of our systems. Act as and end to end owner participating in many aspects of the software (design, build, delivery).
