SENIOR ENGINEERING LEAD

 

As an experienced Senior Engineering Lead, you will take responsibility of technical solution delivery of our e2open collaboration and manufacturing projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for designing and documenting technical integration in coordination with the customer’s technical resources Create and manage a development plan to track internal configuration efforts for an accurate and timely delivery Support customer testing and manage the deployment efforts prior to go-live Occasionally work with customer support to triage product issues Analyze the architectures behind complex business processes and will oversee the integration of our software products with customer platforms. Maintain a presentable and confident appearance when facing clients Ability to lead discussions and convey subject matter with meaningful presentation and clarity Ability to manage a global, technical development team and manage a development plan Additional duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE:

6-8 years of software development experience with 3+ years of technical lead experience in the supply chain solution delivery industry. Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills Willing to work with internal and external teams, grow analytical skills, creativity, and new technical skills Strong skills in JAVA, SQL Knowledge of Shell Scripting, Groovy, and Python are required Basic knowledge of Linux Integration experience involving XML, API, Webservice & B2B Protocols like EDI, XML Experience in E2open Supply management solution is highly desirable Basic understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in working with multiple internal cross functional teams including but not limited to sales, customer success, operations, product, and engineering
