Responsibilities re Customer Projects and Accounts Oversees and ensures adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinates IT delivery teams and both internal and external stakeholders. Plans and manages on a strategic level regarding LMS accounts and project tasks and identifies and manages                risks. Acting as a point of contact for on-site employees in India regarding people management topics. Provides technical management oversight for customer escalations. Coordinates strategic planning topcis for the delivery organization, aligned with Key Accountmanagement Acts as contact person for customers in collaboration with Key Account Managers E.g.Presenting cost impacts of delivery changes, like SLA adjustments, work location/work hours adjustments for roles, and additional resources to meet milestones. Resource and cost planning, including monthly updates on role planning, assigned individuals, and associated costs per delivery team.

Addresses content-related questions discussed between account management and the customer, such as effort estimations for CRs and scheduling, priority criteria adjustment for incidents.

Influence on Product Development  Acting as a stakeholder for product development topics, addressing requirements.  Managing product customization for customer accounts in alignment with CTO guidelines. Gathering requirements for product development from each customer. Represents priorities in the product steering/product prioritization board with account management Skills Leadership competence: Motivating and leading interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities, and constructively resolving conflicts within the team or with customers. Technical competence: Understanding common IT infrastructures and technologies, and knowledge of specific technologies and applications used in projects/ customer accounts. Communication strength: Effectively communicating with various stakeholders (customers, developers, management), and presenting project content and results clearly and precisely. Analytical strength: Quickly understanding of complex dependencies and issues. Customer orientation: Understanding customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results. Commercial competence: having a sound knowledge of efficient cost management and how to increase revenue
