Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead Ericsson Private 5G Solution. This cutting-edge solution provides enterprise customers with private cellular networks for mission-critical business applications and connectivity needs. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a technical facilitator and people manager, responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of highly skilled engineers. You will also prioritize and organize the team’s efforts, fostering their career growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Has good technical background in testing or test management, test automation and lab/HW handlingKnowledge of end-to-end testing of mobile networks, including User Equipment (UE), eNodeB, gNodeB, and EPC/5G Core.Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git for continuous testing and deployment.Experience in working and cooperate inside international projects and teamsHas Lean and Agile knowledge and skills, drives continuously mentor and innovationLike to work with people, networking, facilitation skills. Has teamwork and collaboration skillsExcellent technical communication skills, both written and oralProficient EnglishHas the possibility to travelTechnical background is of advantage in Kubernetes, Python, routing protocolsGood communication skills

 

Tasks:

 

Lead a small test team including both local and consultancy personsOver time , build up a local team for EP5G  / PCN system testingDefine and drive tasks of consultancy companies, take the lead of India based consultanciesMentor the team on test strategy, test automation and driving for efficiency in test and Lab set-upPropose and drive improvements to test WoW and Test strategy proactively
