We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help us build seamless and efficient user experiences and tools for our Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has solid application development experience, front-end development experience, and a prototype mentality and is capable of iteratively developing new features to meet business needs. If you are someone who likes getting into the details but are comfortable zooming out and giving your engineers ability to drive and thrive, we would love speaking with you! **Description** Lead and coach a high-performing engineering team of 8 people dedicated on developing tools for our cross functional partners to optimize and scale our Advertising business. Collaborate with sales operations, business operations, UX designers, product managers, data scientists, and other partners to align engineering efforts with business objectives and product specifications. Define a strategic roadmap and carry out the technical vision for product and engineering activities while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Communicate effectively with team members, especially senior leadership, to keep them informed about project status, risks, and opportunities. Foster a collaborative, inclusive and inventive team culture that values continuous learning and progress. Ensure exceptional quality standard for delivery, while adhering to industry standards, security processes, and privacy requirements. **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams developing consumer-facing applications. + 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant front-end and full-stack development expertises. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act as a credible technical advisor to the team and to help the team make thoughtful, informed decisions in ambiguous situations. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Experience partnering with product and program management teams to ensure quality and delivery of features. + A track record of hiring and growing diverse, highly talented engineers to maximize their impact. + Experience with at least one popular JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Backbone, Ember, Vue, Svelte. + Proficiency with one or more object oriented programming language such as Java, C++ etc. + Strong understanding of UX and UI design principle. + Familiarity with the complete web stack, including protocols and web performance optimization techniques. + Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working in cloud based environment is a plus. + Understanding of testing strategies, frameworks and methodologies. + Experience in advertising technology is a plus. + Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
