**Job Description:**
As a Senior Engineering Project Team Leader you will manage multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions, organizations, products, or value chains for Off-Highway Trucks
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinating resources across sales and marketing, product development groups, value chain and manufacturing.
• Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.
• Ensuring collaboration across programs, seeking out opportunities for commonality, maintaining modularity across the product platform
**Top candidates will also have:**
• Experience with quarry, construction and/or mining trucks and their applications.
• Creo modeling experience.
• Experience with VisView.
• Familiarity the battery electric machine components, machine design and/or site optimization preferred but not required.
• Familiarity modular machine design preferred but not required.
**Degree Requirement**
Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum

**Requirements Analysis:**
• Plays an active or leading role in recording and storing requirement documents in various forms.
• Ensures the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis stage.
• Produces detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation.
**Product Design and Development:**
• Leads in designing and implementing new production and distribution methods.
• Advocates the development of new technologies and tools for product design and development.
• Develops organizational best practices for the management of product design and development.
• Establishes new product development strategies and processes for the organization.
**Additional Information:**
The primary location for this position is Decatur IL
Domestic relocation assistance is available
