Senior Engineering Project Team Leader

The Structures, Castings, and Forgings team designs many of the cast and forged parts used within those components. Those parts include axle housings, spindles, planet carriers, cases, clutch and brake components, amongst many others. The team is also a centralized resource for designing and validating components that are exposed to ground induced structural loads. As a Sr. Engineer Project Team Lead, your responsibilities will be a mix of leading technical design projects and driving engineering process / standard work and collaboration improvements. You will serve as the Team Lead for several machine families supporting new production introduction, continuous product improvements, and production quality issues. Key deliverables are scoping projects, assessing and defining risk, and managing execution of design activities through the entire product development lifecycle. Driving effective communication to internal clients and process partners to establish and maintain alignment is critical.
