As a Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Manager - Operational Resiliency and Transformation within PNC's Enterprise Technology & Security organization, you will be based in one of PNC’s Technology and Innovation hubs (Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX / Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ). The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
The Senior Manager of Operational Resilience and Transformation will partner with leaders from cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the development and advancement of operational and organizational resilience and transformation across the bank.
Working closely with the Business Resiliency Director, you will manage the vision, strategy, development, and execution of organizational effectiveness including standard processes, methodologies and documentation that will transform the concentration from business continuity to operational resiliency, focusing specifically on sustaining PNC’s critical business services and their dependencies around people, technology, facilities, data and third parties.
Key Experience Needed for Success:
• Depth and breadth of knowledge on both business continuity and operational resiliency with experience in program transformation
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Designing and delivering business continuity/operational resilience transformational efforts
• Working knowledge of financial products, critical business services, and industry practices
• Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development with knowledge of key IT and change management processes and associated risks and controls within major financial services firms
• Have a high-level understanding of IT systems, architectural/infrastructure design, and disaster recovery
• Strong working knowledge in FFIEC guidelines
• Resiliency Testing Experience
