Senior Enterprise Learning Business Partner (m/w/d)

In this role, you will execute a systematic process of discovering, analyzing and providing solutions that
support business goals and strategic objectives. You will be the single point of continuity between the
business and Enterprise Learning. You will manage multiple complex projects at one time. As part of our

You will coordinate and oversee the training program for new associates within their assigned business
unit. Acting as Academy Training Lead you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining
instructor-led content (in partnership with the business unit), delivering instructor-led (virtual and/or
onsite) functional, technical, and or/soft skill training for all German locations. This role also partners with
the business units in evaluating effectiveness of the Academy program and evaluating overall
performance of Academy participants.


Responsibilities:
 Build and cultivate relationships with business partners and key stakeholders
 Propose effective learning interventions to enhance clients and associates' performance and business
results in line with business unit strategies and goals.
 Gather and analyze data, reports findings and communicate suggested actions on a continuous basis.
 Develop the business case for adding to the learning portfolios and champion initiatives from
discovery through evaluation
 Advocate on behalf of the business for Enterprise Learning services ensuring that Enterprise Learning
strategies, goals and priorities are in alignment.
 Identify and define success measures for training interventions
 Create training plans for the business, leveraging learning assets from the Learning Centers of
Expertise
 Be in charge of the training catalogue offer for clients and associates
 Partner with other learning teams to introduce new learning programs to support the ongoing
professional development of ADP associates
 Provide project and executive level reporting, project and program communication plans, meeting
agendas and summaries.
 Manage complex multi-business unit programs
 Regularly update business on learning opportunities and services available through Enterprise
Learning, Global Talent & Learning, Sales Learning and other ADP organizations

 Collaborates with Operations leaders to understand Service hiring calendar and identify participants
for Service Academy cohorts
 Tracks individual progress and reports results to ESI Academy Lead and Operations hiring manager
 Gathers and consolidates information on associate business transition readiness
 Gathers feedback and communicates suggestions for changes to Academy course content to ESI
Academy Lead
 Training of Academy Trainers, Onboarding Buddies (Mentors) on program content, facilitation skills and
mentoring skills


Minimum Qualifications
 Education – bachelor’s degree with major area of concentration in Training,
Education, Human Resource, Business, other related fields.
 Experience – Five years’ experience in learning and/or human performance improvement projects
 Other Skills and Abilities - Bilingual language skills are a plus, German preferred

 

Required Skills/Abilities:
 Sound understanding in learning instructional design, delivery, and evaluation for audiences at all
levels.
 Proven track record for planning, executing, and closing projects
 Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization
 Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
 Proven ability to analyze and summarize complex data to drive business decisions
 Collaborative approach to work
 Englisch fluently
