**Overview**
**How You'll Make an Impact**
You will directly contribute to the development and maturity of Epsilon’s security posture by focusing on the protection of enterprise-level infrastructure, applications, and data. You will play a crucial role ensuring all security measures align with the company’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
You will be a core member of the enterprise security engineering team and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of security strategies and solutions to protect Epsilon’s data, infrastructure, and people. This role requires collaborating with teams across the entire spectrum of Epsilon’s business to identify potential security risks, propose solutions to manage and mitigate vulnerabilities, and design and implement security controls and processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations. You have strong technical acumen, strong background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure a secure environment by staying abreast of the constantly evolving threat landscape.
By continuously improving and expanding our security controls, standards, and fostering strong collaborative relationships, you will create more robust, secure environment and ensure the integrity and safety of Epsilon's logical and physical assets.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Design and deploy enterprise security solutions to protect Epsilon’s sensitive data and infrastructure.
+ Provide guidance on the design, architecture, and implementation of network security technologies (firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, etc.).
+ Evaluate, recommend, and integrate solutions that enable Epsilon to securely achieve business objectives.
+ Develop and maintain security standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
+ Review and recommend context appropriate remediation actions for identified vulnerabilities.
+ Participate in security architecture design reviews of existing environments and provide security expertise to the design of new solutions.
+ Build trust relationships with teams to effectively achieve security goals.
+ Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all security practices, controls, and standards align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Collaborate with teams to ensure understanding and compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and best practices.
+ Continually assess Epsilon’s security capabilities and provide recommendations to address threats in a constantly evolving landscape.
+ Act as a liaison between security and leadership, technical, and non-technical teams to effectively articulate security strategies and goals.
+ Improve the accessibility of security through automation, vulnerability exception processing, embedding secure practices within continuous integration pipelines, and other related activities.
+ Drive cross-disciplinary initiatives to improve the security of our engineering ecosystem and products.
**Who you Are**
+ **What you’ll bring with you:**
+ 5+ years of experience in related fields.
+ Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or any other related field.
+ Direct experience in security engineering projects and tasks, including deploying and managing solutions in diverse environments
+ Direct experience contributing to security standards & policy development
+ Direct experience working in a regulated environment (PCI, etc.)
+ Direct experience working with asset security tools
+ Direct experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
+ Direct experience with security assessment tools
+ Working knowledge of network security concepts and tools
+ Working knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies
+ Working knowledge of security architecture concepts
+ Working knowledge of web applications and security stacks (e.g., API security)
+ Working knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
+ Working knowledge of network protocols and related security concepts
+ Working knowledge of cryptography related concepts
+ Familiar with secure software development concepts

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
