Senior Enterprise Solutions Lead (Workday Lead - Time and Absence)

About the role:

The Workday Functional Consultant will be working closely with our Australian Workday Practice Leads and will be our 'go to' expert in the region. You will provide support on implementation projects, client augmentation roles, and Application Management Services (AMS) across different regions. You will also be involved in all phases of customer engagement from the sales cycle to driving client engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

Support clients in Workday modules specifically in Business Process and Configurations in the area of Absence, Time Off and Time Tracking Work with Workday leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner Help clients configure industry standards within the Workday HCM solution and provide suggestions and solutions to configuration and streamlined processes Design and implement requirements in the Workday Absence/Time Tracking solution Demonstrate configurations through prototyping Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology Work with clients to share our Workday best practices Participate in Workday certification, update training, and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants

 

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Workday Absence/Time Tracking functional area as consultant or a customer Existing and current Workday HCM Core Certification preferred Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification or experience preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with other Workday functional modules is a plus Experience with cloud platforms and services is advantageous Working knowledge of relevant Australian employment and payroll regulations and legislation is preferrable Experience working with global Workday teams across multiple time zones
