We are seeking a Senior Environmental Data Manager to join our team. This position is remote. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing environmental data and be proficient in various data management platforms and coding languages. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a small team of data managers.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of environmental data Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all projects Utilize Microsoft Access, EQuIS, and SQL for data management and analysis Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI Lead and mentor a team of data managers, providing guidance and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data needs are met Implement best practices for data management and quality control Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Data Science, or a related disciplineAdvance degree preferred 8-10 years of experience managing environmental data Experience in environmental consulting or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Access, EQuIS, and SQL Proficient in one or more coding languages (e.g., R, Python) Experience with data visualization using Power BI Experience communicating with environmental laboratories Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills Demonstrated ability to self-manage and lead a small team Excellent communication skills
